ZACMA co-hosted the 2024 TMNCE which was held in Bulawayo at the National Education College. It was not an easy task as it was the first time for Bulawayo to host such an event but the collaboration of Siyepambile Festival Team made it seem effortless. 10 choirs managed to participate and none of the choirs scored below average, that itself shows the level of talent we have here in Zimbabwe.
The event was not only graced by choristers but also by high ranking officials from the government as well as other National Associations. This shows the unity and willingness to work together in the future in other projects. ZACMA seeks to be the leading Association when it comes to artist representation, connections and recognition hence it also hosted the first ever ZIMBABWE NATIONAL CHORAL MUSIC AWARDS by which we plan on making it an annual Awards Event.
